Cider After Dark is rich, spiced, and warmly atmospheric, with macintosh apple and redcurrant wine layered over clove, burnt sugar, charred oak, and toasted tonka. It opens with bright spiced fruit, then settles into something deeper: smooth, oak-laced, and gently boozy.
