Cider After Dark is rich, spiced, and warmly atmospheric, with macintosh apple and redcurrant wine layered over clove, burnt sugar, charred oak, and toasted tonka. It opens with bright spiced fruit, then settles into something deeper: smooth, oak-laced, and gently boozy.

Warm and shadowed, it feels like a cup of mulled cider enjoyed by firelight, when the room is low-lit and the evening starts to slow.
